I received my Master's Degree in counseling from Liberty University in 2012. While earning my degree from Liberty University, I completed a full-time internship at OASIS Christian Counseling where I now have my own office. Additionally, I have had a life full of experiences which I like to call the "School of Hard Knocks." I felt God telling me to get my formal education as a Licensed Professional Counselor and so I did.
Prior to my work at OASIS, I was employed by the Lowcountry Pregnancy Center for two years after two years of volunteering there as a peer counselor. I have a passion for those who are hurting and in need. It is my desire to instill hope into those who have none, to encourage those who need it and to teach those in bondage how to live free.
As a fully Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of South Carolina, I am a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors and the South Carolina Counseling Association.
I have been married to my soul mate for more than 25 years now and have two amazing children. Originally from Ohio (Go Bucks!), we moved to South Carolina in 1999 in obedience to God's calling.
